Through a survey in which more than 2000 health and physical training professionals participated, the American College of Sports Medicine published the main trends that will prevail during the year when exercising.


Below we present the 10 most important trends so that you can exercise more effectively during 2019.


1. Portable technology
This group includes activity monitors, smart watches, heart rate monitors and GPS tracking devices, which serve to keep track of the activity that is performed, in addition to of other useful data for training.






2. Group trainings
